Veison: Refunds, Returns, Warranties, & Cancellations

Here at Veison  we are confident with the QUALITY of our product. It is for this reason that we are confident to offer a 90 – Days Return Guarantee.  In the event that you are not happy with the item you purchased please contact us at support@veisoncomerce.comwithin 90 days from receiving the item so we can find the best available solution/option for you.

WARRANTY - DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCT 

We're incredibly confident in the quality of our product. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion a product may damage during transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please reach out to us by emailing support@veisoncomerce.com and we will gladly send you a replacement or cover repair costs. Please note that issues regarding damaged/defective upon received must be reported withing 5 days from receiving the product.

Warranty covers defect in workmanship and materials. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, Improper care and normal wear and tear, exposure or extensive use. Warranty will be void if washing instructions are not followed. We recommend to wash all clothing separately in cold water only. Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals or fabric softener. Slight discoloration and shrinkage are normal after washing and extended use. This is not a valid claim for warranty. Please ensure to follow washing instructions to avoid disappointment.

For Damaged upon received i.e.; Button issues - warranty covers the cost of product repair and not complete replacement of the product.

GENERAL REFUND INFORMATION

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order. 

For sanitary and quality control purposes, all returns will have to go through inspection once it arrives to our return facility. Please allow up to 14 days once the return has been sent for our team to process the refund.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

In order to exchange a product or to receive a full refund under our money back guarantee the following parameters must be met: 

  • Order must have occurred within the last 90 days.
  • Items must be shipped back to us (see Return Shipping).
  • Items must be complete, unworn, unwashed, undamaged/unscratched, and in re-sellable condition.
  • All products return must be sent back in original Winx poly bag or packaging and with Winx product tags/labels for shorts and pants.
  • For hygienic reasons, please wear underwear when trying on our product for size.
  • For items purchased during “clearance" or "sale” (holiday, black friday, xmas, end of season etc) , worn items or items returned without the original tags and packaging: a partial refund or store credit will be offered/provided if it meets the other requirements.
  • Items must pass quality inspection done by our returns team upon receiving your returned product.
  • Original Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Items not meeting the above stated criteria will not be eligible for a full refund


RETURN SHIPPING

In the event that your items meet the above stated criteria, they may be shipped back to us for a refund. Please notify us at support@veisoncomerce.com if you intend to ship an item back for a refund so that we can provide you with the correct return address.

Please note: Orders must be sent back to us for inspection and cannot be sent back to the shipping warehouse or address on original packaging - they are a 3rd party fulfillment centre and do not process any returns. 

  • All shipping cost in returning the product will be at customer’s expense. Veison does not assume responsibility in case of issues when sending the product back for return so it is important that you carefully choose a reliable carrier or have an insurance when returning it with the carrier in case of product lost/damage. Tracking number for return orders will be asked if you will check on status of the return, please wrap your package carefully so it doesn’t get damaged in the returns process, as we won’t be able to exchange or refund damaged products. 
  • International orders may incur additional taxes and/or customs charges. Veison will not be responsible for charges imposed by local customs authorities in destination country.

Once your return is received based on the tracking information of the returned item you may contact us so we can check on the status and or provide you with the latest update about the transaction.

All refunds will be subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny a refund should the above conditions not be met. 

CANCELLATION TERMS

If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Our cutoff for cancelling orders is 4 hours. Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible. If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using the process above.

SANITARY PROTOCOLS

Due to sanitary reasons our padded shorts (Adapt, Ultra, Luxe Shorts) can only be returned if not used. We recommend measuring your waist and using our sizing chart to ensure you select the correct size. Once you receive your products we suggest to try over underwear.
